Breakfast is served at the following time: Monday - Saturday: 7.30am to 8.30 am Sunday:  8:00am - 9:00am or by arrangement.

Yes there is a wide variety of cafes and restaurants in and around Leven.

We only accept payments by debit/credit card or cash. Bookings require a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is paid when checking out.

Deposits are non-refundable however there is flexibility in changing dates.

All rooms are en suite or have private facilities.
