Lomond Guest House owners, Calum and Fiona extend a warm welcome.
Lomond Guest House is situated in the conservation area of Leven, Fife, in Scotland and provides quality bed & breakfast accommodation within a comfortable, friendly environment. The guest house has recently been renovated and all rooms are tastefully decorated to include digital TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi, hospitality tray, hair dryer and toiletries. All rooms with ensuite or private facilities.
Our guest house enjoys a splendid location just a few metres from the beach and the scenic Fife coastal path. There are also 3 excellent golf courses, off which two are less than a 5 min walk away, where we would be happy to put together a golf package to suit. Fife itself boasts over 40 golf courses, St Andrews being most famous, just a 20-25 minute drive away.

Finding Us
Lomond Guest House is located on the south east side of Leven, right next to Leven Beach.
We are located just off the A915 at the Scoonie roundabout. Exit the roundabout onto Scoonie road and travel for 0.5 miles until taking a right onto Church Road and follow it for 0.2 miles. Our guest house is only one row of houses from the promenade.
Parking
Lomond Guest House does not have a private car park, but there is ample street parking right at our entrance.
There is a also a free car park only 100 metres away at the end of Church Road if there were no street spaces available.

Unfortunately evening meals are not available. However, there is a large selection of places to eat within a short walk.

Breakfast is served at the following time:
Monday – Saturday: 7.30am to 8.30 am
Sunday: 8:00am – 9:00am or by arrangement.
Yes there is a wide variety of cafes and restaurants in and around Leven.
We only accept payments by debit/credit card or cash.
Bookings require a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is paid when checking out.
Deposits are non-refundable however there is flexibility in changing dates.
All rooms are en suite or have private facilities.
